Born in 1959 to a farmer’s family in district Haridwar, who
were in the forefront of the Indian freedom movement, he has
been greatly inspired by Gandhi and his ideologies. He has a
post graduate degree in Law. He is a publisher by
profession. He has been involved in many not for profit
ventures in India and overseas , organising and tracking
programs for them. He also headed a tech company Wondersoft
ltd. which was mentored by iGate Capital, and developed ERP
programs on the open source platform to benefit schools
(iSchool2000) and training institutions.
In
2004 Gandhi Ashram Reconstruction Trust was registered, led
by Didi and he started working on her noble dream. Today,he
feels blessed that she touched his life and guided him and
showed him the path of Gandhi ji. He pledges to take her
message and vision across to the whole world, as she said,
"Jai Jagat." (Victory to the World).
